How to book a room at a preferred rate?

The convention name, “IEEE Data Science Workshop 2018” will serve as a code in order to benefit from the negotiated EPFL rates.

Each participant contacts the chosen hotel directly BY E-MAIL, for all reservations mentioning the convention code: credit card number + security code essential for all reservations.

Each participant is responsible for all his or her hospitality fees.
